ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Emily Landers is a National Certified Master Groomer and has been grooming professionally for 15 years. She lives and works in downtown Augusta, Georgia and has three children and four dogs. She fell in love with hand stripping in 2016 shortly after opening her award-winning pet salon “Broad Street Barkery.” During her certification process through the National Dog Groomers Association of America she discovered her passion for conformation style grooming and within a year acquired her first show dog, a miniature Schnauzer named Beau.
Since then, Emily has gone on to receive multiple awards for her Schnauzer grooming. She received Future of the Industry 1st prize at Palmetto Groom 2020, 1st in a Wire Class group at Atlanta Pet Fair 2020, and various other division and group competition placements. Emily also continues to condition and present miniature Schnauzers in AKC conformation.
