WEBINAR FAQs

Once signed up and logged in as a Member, you can find all courses under the Courses page. Simply click “watch course” to access. If you bought courses prior to Memberships, you can access them here

On your Member Dashboard under My Account there is a button where your CRED total is listed that says “apply CRED to membership”. From there, click to View your active subscription. On your Subscription details page you will see a button “Apply CRED” next to Pay with CRED balance. Please note that you can only apply CRED once per billing cycle.

All Groom Haüs webinars and courses are available for replay. If you have questions you would like answered during the live webinar, you can go to the webinar page and add your questions to the Q&A section of the chat anytime before the live event. Adding your question is not a guarantee it will be answered, but we try to get to all the questions we can. You may reach out to the instructor or us after the webinar if you have any unanswered questions related to the webinar topic.

You can update your payment method for your membership subscription here

You can update your payment info here or you can find the My Account link in the footer of the site. 
 
Once your payment method is updated, you will need to manually restart your subscription. Click on your subscription on this page and you should see a “Pay” button next to the last failed payment. Once your payment is processed you will regain access to your membership.

You can cancel your subscription at any time here. Once cancelled, your account will remain active until your renewal date.
