I have watched any and all of Jonathan David’s instructional videos many times over, and am eternally grateful that he shares his expertise with the world. As to this one, wow, thank you so much for this excellent seminar on the American Cocker Spaniel! It is perfect. I have groomed only a few Cockers and have luckily convinced the owners to keep natural carded/stripped backs, even when they want the furnishings short. However, my skills at the close clipper work and blending on this breed are not there yet. This seminar helped my understanding tremendously!! For anyone doing pet trims on Cockers, don’t be put off by the images of long furnishings you may never see in your salon — you will absolutely benefit from watching this tutorial because the principles around the breed’s structure and grooming each body part still apply. Thank you to Groom Haus and Jonathan David for this master class. You are the best!!!

I was always curious about this trim but since I don’t groom any cockers (not even one, not to mention any in full coat) I never attended any American cocker seminars. I’m so glad I got the subscription as this trim was very fascinating and Jonathan did an amazing job explaining everything 🤩 and now I want an American cocker puppy 😱😂
